Jaunais gads ir sācies. Ar šodienu, jo brīvdienas neskaitās.
Mūsu mājās svētku laiks kā ierasts (man jau liekas ikvienās mājās ar bērniem) – satraucošu, brīžiem pat nervozu, bet lielākoties mīļu un priecīgu mirkļu pilns. Kā ikgadu, es pēc trakā decembra skrējiena elpu ievelku tikai tā ap savu vārda dienu. Kad nebija Grētiņa, tad tas skrējiens principā neko mazāks nebija, šogad tikai Grēta visur līdz un viņas egles/izklaides papildus nāca klāt.
Runājot par ēšanu, mazā dāma svētku laikā ieturēja zaļo zirnīšu diētu, BET nu jau dienas 3 ēd arī ko citu. Kāpēc diēta? Lielo (kā es saucu – plakano) zobu nākšanas laiks bija tieši uz svētkiem. Reiz jau rakstīju, ka zobu nakšana mūsu mājas raksturojas ar mazēšanu (lai neteiktu neēšanu) un ļoti labu miegu (lasīt 12 -13 h “nepakustoties” no vietas pa nakti + pusdienas laiks uz 2-3h). Svētku laikā principā ideāli. Pēc Ziemassvētkiem cēlās abas ar māsicu uz pusdienām un pēc Jaunā gada ballītes aptuveni tāpat! Oma ideāla.
Tad nu vienīgais, ko Grēta tiešām labi ēda bija zaļie zirnīši (es pērku eko veikalā un tos, kas burkās nevis bundžās), brokastu putra un vēl piparkūkas. Reizi pa reizei izdevās pierunāt uz pilngraudu pastu vai rupjmazi. Ja pie pirmā zoba nākšanas es kritu histērijā un raudāju – bērns neēd, šausmas! – tad tagad es neuztraucos. Pieņemu kā faktu. Vasarā, kad nāca zobi, Grētu pusdienas laikā pēc apknibinātām pusdienām pievedu pie jāņogu un aveņu krūma vai melleņu mētrām, lai ēd pati tik, cik grib. Šobrī piedāvāju dažādus variantus, bet neko neuzspiežu. Kamēr bērns ir dzīvespriecīgs, jautrs, laimīgs, daudz dzer (to gan viņa dara daudz) un podiņš regulāri pilns, tikmēr dzīvoju mierā. Un pozitīvais ir tas, ka tad, ja Grēta grib ēst – viņa prasa! Skaidri un gaiši – ņammi, ņammi – virtuvē pie ledusskapja.
Pēc jaunā gada sagaidīšanas, kad zobi klāt (bez neviena kreņķa un asaras), klāt ir arī apetīte. Zaļie zirnīši nolikti malā uz ilgāku laiku un atkal var sākt darboties mazliet radošāk. Diētu Grēta noslēdza apēdot nopietnu porciju ar mīkstiem kartupeļu plāceņiem, ko sacepa viņas krustmāte. Svaigi rīvēti kartupeļi, mazliet olas un tas arī viss. Garšīgi un silti.
Bet šoreiz padalīties varu ar ļoti vienkāršu un klasisku recepti – kazas piena siera un biešu salāti.
Var ēst gan siltus, gan arī aukstus. Recepti var variēt ar kazas sieru – no pavisam vāja līdz stiprākam un ar dažādām garšām. Pašiem ar vīru garšo tie stiprākie un pikantākie, bet Grētai dodam tādus maigākus un mierīgākus.
Esmu atklājusi arī kazas siera biezpienu (eko veikalos), kas ļoti labi iet kopā ar bietēm. Ir mīksts, maigs un garšīgs. Mazliet kūst, ja bietes ir siltas.
Lai pagatavotu salātus, vispirms vajag novārīt bietes. Veselas vai jau sagrieztas gabalos. Ja vēlas izteiksmīgāku garšu, tad bietes var arī apcept krāsnī ar medu vai tikai sviestu/ olīveļļu. Ja mazajam nav alerģiju, tad sasmalcināti valrieksti arī labi garšos klāt. Vai riekstu eļļa olīveļļas vietā!
Salāti no 2 sastāvdaļām, ko var papildināt gan ar garšaugu eļļam, pašiem garšaugiem vai riekstiem.
